A new supported leak gives us some potential new information on the next Watch Dogs game coming this year!

Recently, A leak was posted with some new details in regards to the next Watch Dogs. Of course, 4 Chan isn’t the most reliable of sources to go off. However, Gamereactor’s sources seem to also confirm this leak as correct. The leak lists a few details that are as follow:

– No new Assassin’s Creed game in 2019. This year is Watch Dogs 3.
– Watch dogs 3 will be set in London.
– Focus more on smaller firearms and knives for combat with a larger emphasis on hacking.
– New Character. Can choose male or female

Interestingly it seems Gamereactor “were told that Watch Dogs 3 will indeed be set in London, and that Ubisoft will follow their formula of letting us choose the gender of our character. The parkour system has also apparently also been improved to make it easier to reach higher places.”

Of course, at the moment these are still just rumours and are not confirmed via Ubisoft. But, for those of you that remember, Watch Dogs 2 did get a new ending as part of an update three months after launch.

Watch Dogs 2 spoiler alert

At the end of Watch Dogs 2 there was a phone call confirming that DedSec had gone global, the coordinates in the background pointed to London which goes hand in hand with the leak.

England was never mentioned during the game, so it does seem like Ubisoft are teasing the sequel in this ‘new’ ending. What do you think will happen in the next Watch Dogs game? Let us know what you would like to see in the comments section below and don’t forget to share this with your friends!
