Can you remember Konami? They developed some genuinely amazing games back in the day, such as the Silent Hill series, and Metal Gear Solid. Well, they’ve been out the gaming industry for a while and basically been making pachinko machines, well guess what!? Yep, a Silent Hill gambling machine.

If you want to take a positive outlook on this news, you can as Konami seems to remember that Silent Hill exists but that’s it. They’ve completely forgotten it was once one of the greatest horror gaming franchises,

That last line hurts my very soul, as that could have been P.T. one of the greatest horror games released and it was only a demo, they had something special, but then they forced Hideo Kojima out.

Who knows if we’ll ever see another ‘proper’ Silent Hill game ever again, but at least we have Kojima’s Death Stranding to look forward to coming November.
