A Wall Street Journal analysts in the industry have reported that Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is set to be the fall best seller even over Red Dead Redemption 2. Some have predicted Battlefield V to have the same fate as Titanfall 2, where it was well received yet it didn’t perform as they hoped in finances.
Even as hyped up a game as Red Dead Redemption 2 is, Call of Duty is predicted to secure at least 19 million units sold with the game’s loyal fanbase.
You have to figure games like Call of Duty have always scored well with the majority of consumers who buy games anyway. Even way back with Modern Warfare, it has always hit its mark with the casual crowd which is smart in producing the most income.
