The option to play with friends or players nearby gives you the option to change the rules and customise the race. However, you will not receive a personalised grade at the end of the race.
Standard races let you play with players around the world and improve your ranking. Rules will change daily between 100cc with default item slots or 100cc with two item slots. So, players will have to change their vehicle to ensure they are ready for any challenges ahead. As an extra incentive, players performance will be graded from E to A at the end of each race.
Gold Races are exclusively available to MKT Gold Pass subscribers. This mode allows you to race alongside other pass holders for the ultimate title. Four sets of rules will be available in comparison to the non-subscriber option. They will include, 150cc default slots, 150cc two item slots, 200cc default slots, 200cc one item slot. Pass holders can also achieve an S rank.
Each mode includes three courses from a current tour cup. With the feature cup changing every fifteen minutes to add variation. These new exciting modes will be available from 8th March at 8 pm PT.
