Mafia: Trilogy announced, coming to all consoles.

Mafia: Trilogy Has been announced with more news coming next week

The Mafia series is getting a new release as a complete series across all consoles for the first time, teased by a tweet from the official Mafia: Trilogy twitter.

This quick announcement came with a very short video of all of the main characters in the series going through “the family” speech. At the end of the teaser trailer, it confirms that it will be on PlayStation 4, Stada, Windows PC, and Xbox One. The Mafia games have all been released on previous generations so now this is the first time players will be able to have all on one console.

The original game took place in a fictional American city during the 1930s that showed a feud between the Salieri and Morello mafia families. Main character Thomas “Tommy” Angelo is a taxi driver in the midst of this feud.

Mafia II is set in the 1940s and early 1950s starring Sicilian immigrant Vito Scaletta who has to work for the mob to pay off his families debt.

Mafia III follows Lincoln Clay who is seeking revenge for the murder of his adoptive family. This was set in an open world area based around New Orleans.

There will be a larger announcement May 19 at 9am PT / 12pm ET / 5pm BST
