Let’s Go’s connectivity details revealed

We know at this point that Let’s Go Pikachu and Eevee will be able to connect with your Pokemon Go account. Though details weren’t revealed until recently how exactly it’s going to work.

So in Let’s Go there is a  location in the game called the GO Park, 20 separate parks will be spread out in the game. They work like banks which can house 50 Pokemon in each park. In total, you can have 1,000 Pokemon at your disposal.

Keep in mind when you transfer your Pokemon from your Pokemon GO account there is no current option to return the Pokemon to that account. I’m sure if fans demand it they could reverse it to make the transfer go both ways.

Another interesting fact is that if you transfer 25 of the same type of Pokemon it will prompt a minigame. If you win the game you will be rewarded with Candy, which can help your Pokemon upgrade and evolve.

The games feel similar to its mobile counterparts, one being a console version over the other. Though it makes sense why Nintendo is going this route with the Let’s Go games. Pokemon GO has a large casual fanbase since most people have a phone to play on. It makes sense to introduce the Switch games at a later time.

To players who are more of a Nintendo enthusiast, the Let’s Go appear to be a simple remake of the original Red and Blue games released in the nineties. Though reintroducing a familiar title can work well it a situation like this.

While we wait for an original Pokemon title next year and Game Freak’s new Town title the Let’s Go games seem interesting enough to keep everyone happy in the meantime. Comment below if you’re preordering Let’s Go Pikachu or Eevee. The games come out on November 16th on the Nintendo Switch. If you liked this article why not share it on social media. In other news, PUBG might arrive on the PS4 soon.
