Harry Potter: Wizards Unite is similar to Pokemon Go, except with a Harry Potter theme. Harry Potter: Wizards Unite is developed by Niantic, and currently there is no release date as of yet. Though many fans are predicting a June/July release, due to the fact that the game is on Google Play to pre-register, now according to Google Play policies companies have 90 days from the time they make their game available to pre-register to release it.
However it’s not very clear as to how strict Google is on this policy, but we do know that Apple is very strict on the policy which is probably why Niantic hasn’t made it available to pre-register on the App Store, as they are probably not sure when they intend to fully release the game yet.
But with the fact that they made it available in NewZealand for players to try out, it has made fans more hopeful for a summer release.
Niantic, announced today that they had made Harry Potter: Wizards Unite available in Australia now, for players to try out and give their feedback. Do note that you may run across bugs, due to the fact that the game has not fully released yet and is still being worked on.
