Game Pass February 2020 Lineup Revealed

The first games that will join Xbox’s Game Pass service this month have been revealed, and they include some heavy-hitters like Final Fantasy and more. The full list of games is as follows:

Final Fantasy XV

Square Enix’s 15th numbered entry in the iconic Final Fantasy series is coming soon to Game Pass. Its turn-based combat and new approach to gameplay may have divided long-time fans of the series, but the game’s stunning visuals and endearing story have made XV a well-received installment in the long-running JRPG franchise. However, If XV’s not your thing, fear not: a hefty chunk of the series has been confirmed to be coming to the service this year. This includes all numbered games from VII up to XIII. Not including XI, of course – the 360 version of that game had its servers shut down years ago.

Wolfenstein: Youngblood

If you’ve been enjoying the first two games to come from Wolfenstein’s reboot on Game Pass, you’re in luck: the third, Youngblood, will be available on Game Pass by the end of this month. While this co-op focused entry may have received middling reviews, it should provide a fun experience for folks on the lookout for more Wolfenstein. This 80s-tinged installment into id’s classic FPS series tells the story of BJ Blaskowicz’s two female descendants.

Death’s Gambit

Finally, Death’s Gambit will also be coming to Game Pass this month. Death’s Gambit is a 2D action game with pretty pixel art graphics. Developed by White Rabbit, this fantasy platformer boasts some deep RPG elements and challenging difficulty. The game also offers elements of exploration and character customization.

Hi, I'm Dan! I was born in the late 90s, so naturally I grew up with all the fantastic games that came out during the PS1 and PS2 era. Now I love all games old and new, but I'll always have a soft spot for that part of gaming history!

Have your say!
