With just about anything that can be ported to the Switch being ported to the Switch, its no surprise that Friday the 13th: The Game, is making its way to the system.
“Friday the 13th: The Game is a survival horror video game formerly developed by IllFonic, and published by Gun Media. … The game is an asymmetrical multiplayer game, pitting up to seven players controlling Camp Crystal Lake counselors against one player controlling Jason Voorhees.”
The Nintendo Switch version of the game comes with all DLC and clothing packs. This seems to be a delightful trend when it comes to some Switch ports. I, for one, love the idea. I mean, who wants to pay for DLC on a game that has been out on another system for a good amount of time?
Originally a game that started on kickstarter and was slated for the Xbox One, PS4, and PC, this game has ok review scores: IGN-6.9, Metacritic-61%. However, Polygon gave it a pretty low 4/10; whereas the user reviews are a 4.2 out of 5.
Friday the 13th: The Game is set for a spring release date.
