Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled creators, Activision and Beenox, have announced that the Grand Prix mode is drawing to a close. The upcoming season will be the final one for fans to enjoy.
In a blog post, it was revealed that the much loved Grand Prix mode will start its last season this week. Once finished, the mode will no longer be available, but that doesn’t mean there will be a lack of new content. The developers have promised that we can expect exciting challenges as well as new time trials, characters, skins and Karts.
Additionally, content from previous Crash Team Racing Grand Prix events will still be playable after the mode has concluded. Players can access these maps through the local arcade and matchmaking modes.
The Grand Prix mode in Crash Team Racing offers players a variety of challenges to complete. They can be completed by racing on the featured maps against worthy opponents. All progress goes towards various milestones which unlock characters, karts and customisation items. With all this content to experience, we recommend trying out this high fueled mode while it’s still around.
