Destiny 2 director reveals intentions for Forsaken

As of late, Activision mentioned in their earnings call that they weren’t happy with the sales of Destiny 2. Yet, Bungie is enjoying the sales of the game. In fact, Bungie director Luke Smith opened up on Twitter on the matter. Accordingly, he commented that the release of Forsaken for the game was intended for die-hard fans of the series.

Interestingly, his comments could hint at the direction of the series in future releases. Then again, we do have Black Armory coming next month and this could apply to this. Honestly, it could be the case where the expansions are designed to a dedicated audience rather than the casual crowd.
