Since release Call of Duty: Modern Warfare has brought in a lot of fans old and new to the game. With plenty of bugs and issues with multiplayer Infinity Ward have looked into plenty of issues that the fans have been crying out for since it’s release.

The biggest and most notable change is to possibly the worst map on the game “Piccadilly”. The map is very camp heavy with plenty of open areas where you can get an easy line of sight to most of the map. The biggest issues with the map are the spawn locations if you fall behind you can easily get spawn camped, and we all know no one enjoys that.

To counter this Infinity Ward have tweaked the spawning on both TDM and Domination for the map. That’s not all though, they have also moved the B flag closer to the buses, so it’s further away from the open area of the center fountain. These changes should make Piccadilly a better map for fans and less frustrating to play on.

Some other changes they have made is footstep sounds. Sound is crucial in an FPS, don’t believe me? Play a few rounds of Siege and tell me sound isn’t vital. Modern Warfare is the same, with different sounds for crouch walking, walking, jogging and sprinting it means you can judge where an enemy is a lot easier. What they have done is adjust what audio is used when you ADS, it will always play walking footsteps. They have also increased the speed that you can remain using the walking footstep sounds by slightly moving the stick.

On top of all these changes, they have done the typical gun tweaking with nerfs to the 725 and a slight change to the FAL.
