Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Has Been Announced With a Lot of Information

Man Holding Axe

Unless you’ve been living under a rock I’m sure you’ve watched the new trailer for the upcoming Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla. The trailer was very cinematic and well done on Ubisoft’s part but lacked in terms of gameplay. If you haven’t watched the trailer yet there will be a link under this paragraph but it was, in our opinion, incredible. The trailer really showed us everything we wanted, but I’ll let you watch it before I spoil any of the juicy details.

As you can see there is little to go on in terms of gameplay in that trailer but worry not, Ubisoft has your back. Next week on May 7th Xbox will be holding a conference that will show off a ton of new games, Assassin’s Creed among them. Ubisoft has assured us that we will be getting a small glimpse of Valhalla gameplay. Whilst the trailer was amazing the gameplay is what’s going to sell us on a game and we have high hopes for Valhalla.

The game will focus around raiding and skirmishing which was briefly mentioned by Ubisoft. This reminds me of the battles in AC Odyssey that got very repetitive after the 3rd one you did. The game has been confirmed to be Ubisoft’s flagship game in the next generation of consoles. This has left fans wondering what the game will look like when you’re running around, England and Norway. Valhalla is the biggest game in the series when it comes to map size. Remember though size doesn’t always matter if the world isn’t full it’s just not worth it. Think about how good and rich the world of Red Dead Two was, imagine that but with Vikings

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will also be making its way to Google Stadia launching in line with consoles. This was to be expected as Ubisoft has been backing Google Stadia since the start.

It’s clear to see that Ubisoft has been trying to change the formula when it comes to their biggest franchise. But what do you think will happen with the newest installment? let us know in the comments below.
