Analysts feel Nintendo won’t ship enough Switches

Recently, according to reports from Bloomberg stating on the current situation for Nintendo. In fact, analysts feel that the company won’t release enough Switch consoles by their deadline.

Additionally, Nintendo had planned to ship out 38 million Switch units by March of next year. Yet, it’s estimated that they’ll make it to the 35 million mark. Honestly, it isn’t that bad but I’m sure it’s disappointing.

Of course, they’re plenty of reasons behind this as well. Not to mention, the lack of a stacked holiday of titles and that Nintendo Labo hasn’t taken off as planned. However, the company feels that the cardboard madness will need time to take off.

In addition, Michael Pachter of Wedbush Securities feels this will be a reality check for them and think about how to handle 2019 better.

Of course, there is talk of a new model coming out next year which should with the price. Regardless, time will tell how things will be handled on the situation.
